Hi! I’m Zuzana. I founded Tamotsu Institute (TI) in Singapore in 2023
with the vision to spread awareness and help established companies transform into more sustainable ones.
At TI, we value partnerships and collaboration with trusted organisations and individuals. Being a member of The Matcha Initiative (www.thematchainitiative.com) where professionals share their knowledge and experience, I facilitated numerous trainings and workshops about approaches to sustainability and climate risk for business leaders, students and general public.
On consulting assignments, we formed a long-term partnership with the expert team of Sustainao (www.sustainao.com) and together tackled ESG projects and/or ongoing ESG agenda of clients in shipping, technology, energy, finance, construction, distribution and education sectors.
During the 3-year existence of the consultancy practice in Singapore, TI had 2 great employees, Anna and Danielle, who supported climate risk assessments, ESG strategy design, various benchmarking studies and research. Through the joint effort with the Sustainao team of 3-4, we managed to help our clients achieve their goals, gradually implement their ESG strategy and get recognized through assessments and awards.
In 2026, I have moved to the Netherlands and the company has moved with me. I continue building partnerships and collaborate with others.
About
Why work with me and Tamotsu Institute?
I bring a unique perspective to the table, one that business leaders respond well to.
That is thanks to my background, a combination of experience from corporate banking, risk management and consulting, with sustainability leadership background from Imperial College London and SCR certificate from GARP. I position corporate sustainability as a viable business case, not just a feel-good exercise or mere compliance burden, and get things done.
